Usage of any of our trademarks or copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited. Please reading the following clauses on how you can submit a legal permission inquiry to use any of our content, including content (photos, videos, text, etc.) on our website and social media platforms.
Twilight Owl Productions/Twilight Owl Productions, LLC (TM), “Unlock Thine Imagination (TM)”, and logo images of owl, stars, moon, ticket, etc. are all registered trademarks (hence “TM” placements) and are all owned by Twilight Owl Productions, LLC. These trademarks are only permissible to use for personal, educational, and promotional purposes only with the exception of printing them on third party platforms products and services, etc. We encourage everyone to spread the word about our business to help us generate revenue and engagement. However, if any types of usage for commercial or printing, you MUST contact us via writing for legal written permission.
Any copyrighted materials (including any content on this website and our social media platforms) is allowed for personal and educational purposes only, if otherwise stated in a Written Agreement. However, if any requests to be used on YouTube, social media, etc. for commercial, educational, and any other usages outside personal purposes, you MUST contact us via writing for legal written permission. 30s-1.5 minute snippets are allowed on some social media platforms, but again, we ask to be on the safe side to contact us in writing first for a legal written permission.
Again, all rules listed above also applies to anyone who was hired for any of our productions that you MUST contact us before posting any content on social media, etc. Depending on your production contracts should be stated further.

Methods of Payment
We accept all methods of payments for online orders. However, for in-person sales at booked events we only accept credit/debit cards and cash. If you are sending us a check or money order, please send to Twilight Owl Productions, LLC 2001 Bridgeville Hwy, Unit #1284, Seaford, DE 19973 and depending on your bank to process check will result in delivery delays. Please note that processing fees, sales tax (depending on where you live), and any shipping rates will apply to your purchase.
Holiday Closures
We are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve/Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter weekend, July 4th weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Dec. 21st-Jan. 2nd. If any other closures that don’t fall on any holidays we will notify you.
Spam Calls or Emails
If you suspect any potential spam emails or calls that may appear to be us, call or email us first and we can help you determine if we’ve contacted you first. Be safe as hackers are everywhere. If we suspect an suspicious activity on our end, we will notify you ASAP.
For Wholesalers & Retailers
If you are interested in selling our products in your business, online and off, please contact us today at 302-640-2562 or info@twilightowlpro.com and we’ll be glad to give you a quote. We do a you, The Client, buy the products from us and we, Twilight Owl Productions, LLC, make a 20% royalty fee per item basis agreement.
Ticket Sales
Tickets are non-refundable. Outdoor events are rain or shine, except if any severe weather or emergency occurs in some cases that we have no choice but to shut down the event for the day, customer will receive a refund on ticket prices (processing fees and sales tax excluded). Unused, expired tickets are null and void. You can print, download, or screenshot your tickets for scanning (we highly recommend that you do so before arrival in case if no internet service is available at the venue and to keep the lines going quicker). Some of our events tickets are purchased through a third party website, which we will state otherwise in event descriptions.
Health & Legal Disclaimers
We cover a lot of subject matters on autism and entertainment advice for educational purposes only. For any further advice be sure to seek a licensed healthcare provider or attorney.
Donations and Any Proceeds Accompanied On Our Products
We state otherwise in our Donations and any proceeds on product descriptions where all donations go towards. Sometimes we will post online with behind the scenes footage to share with our TOP family (yes, that includes our clients too). We do offer various prizes per amount listed. We also do donations offline too if you don’t feel right about using any of our online platforms, completely understandable and we will be glad to further assist you in other options. You can mail us a check or money order (please do NOT send us cash in the mail) at Twilight Owl Productions, LLC 2001 Bridgeville Hwy, Unit #1284, Seaford, DE 19973. Everyone will receive a “thank you” note via email or mail for their donations and any purchases that include proceeds. We do have our donations available at booked events and we accept all forms of payments in-person as well. Either way we always appreciate our donors. If you are subscribed to a monthly donation program of ours and need to cancel, you can cancel it at anytime (just contact us first to cancel).
Movie & Show Ratings
We produce various genres in movies and shows for all age groups, however, some movies may not be officially rated through the MPA (Movie Picture Association), but we will add a disclaimer rating in movie description to the best of our knowledge at the time being before Client rents or purchases a movie or show ticket. Show ratings we will list in all show descriptions, but movies are slightly different with the process through the MPA. The following formula for movie ratings (which we also go by for shows too) and every title is different and we will display as much content detail as we can. You, The Client, are responsible for viewings with your children. You, The Client, agrees to hold Twilight Owl Productions, LLC, harmless and not liable. Viewer discretion is advised. Some purchases or rentals may be required for anyone 18 or 21+ to sign in through an account (same applies for show tickets).
G (General Audiences): All ages are admitted.
PG (Parental Guidance Suggested): Some material may not be suitable for children.
PG-13 (Parents Strongly Cautioned): Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13.
R (Restricted): Persons under 17 are not admitted unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
NC-17 (No one 17 and under admitted): This is the strictest rating.
Music Content Ratings
Same as mentioned with Movie and Show Ratings above, music also has its own content and sometimes may not be suitable for children either. We will state in the description if any lyrics contain explicit content, etc. or mild language or imagery before intent to purchase. In some cases, we may need to ask a parent or legal guardian to sign in through an account. Again, you, The Client, agrees to hold Twilight Owl Productions, LLC, harmless and not liable. Viewer/listener discretion is advised.
Book/Audiobook and All Other Media Content Ratings
As with movies, shows, and music, similar rules apply to books, audiobooks, and all other media types with ratings for audiences of all ages. Some of our YouTube videos may require a person at least 18 years of age to sign into their YouTube/Gmail account to view a particular YouTube video, and from there they are on their own terms who gets to view them. Again, you, The Client, agrees to hold Twilight Owl Productions, LLC, harmless and not liable. Viewer discretion is advised. We list age recommendations on book covers, etc. to view before purchasing any content.
